Went to the Jackson, TN store this past weekend. Found some awesome deals. It's worth checking out if there one near you. Basically the store buys returns, opened box and overstock items from retailers and sells them at a discounted price. After an item has been in the store for 30 days, the price starts dropping 10% every 10 days. We managed to find some items at 90% the discounted price which was already reduced from retail. Locations The chain is based out of Nashville, TN and they are expanding ( will have a store in Memphis next year, hopefully)
