As usual I stopped by a pawnshop to look inside. This place is relatively new but I have bought tools from them. Anyway in the glass case by the guns I spotted this knife. A Camillus Titanium with sheath. I do know that Camillus makes an excellent knife so it follows me home. Just a hair over 9" with OD green rubber grip with finger groves. Cost me $15 but what the heck. What do you think?
I bought one a Walmart and chopped the hook off its nose. I like it better now. No pictures but it looks like a small machete. It is titanium and hard to cut or sharpen but it holds an edge well enough.
First post here. Ok. Camillus went under a while back and aren't the same company from years past. So has Schrade. So, I buy old stuff from those makers when ever I get lucky and find them. It's a shame to see once great companies fold.
I have the 18 inch one with the other small knife on the sheath. Had it for a couple years now. No complaints. Something people might overlook. On the end behind the handle, is a wavy looking end of the tang. It works great with magnesium/flint bars, and ferro rods.
