Actually flamethrowers are NOT regulated under ANY federal law, state laws may vary. As to cannons, muzzleloading cannons are NOT considered firearms by the feds, but state law varies (in NJ for example muzzleloaders, BB guns, air guns and what not ARE regulated and you can not buy/own them with out a FID card. OK.... SUPPOSEDLY you can carry there to, but out of a pop of 3 million, there are 1600 permit holders). Most "park" muzzleloading cannons were "spiked", a hardened steel rod (small round files were usually used for this) was forced into the touch hole and broken off.

Talking of six year olds, remember Stewie on FAMILY GUY? Everyone was gone and he gets out the porn mag to see what everyone was talking about and freaks! He gets a MP-44 and machineguns the mag. Absolutely right! Ban children, it's for the GUNS! Liberals hate children, otherwise why would they pass these asinine laws and saddle their children with trillions of dollars in debt for the next few thousand years?

 

Cannons are legal and each shell requires a $200 destructive device tax same as a FA.

Tax wise, a FA is a lot cheaper.
