Well, I guess someone should make an app where concerned second amendment supporters can flag the addresses of all the vocal anti-gunners. You know, so we know which houses to avoid. Oh and it's just too bad for them that home invaders will now know which houses are most likely to have no guns present. There's still that small chance they may encounter a gun wielding anti-gunner, of course, because special anti-gunners will keep their own guns... Oh and this kind of reaction...aids and abets the crisis of governments trampling all over your rights too you f'n nit wit! But then some people must learn for themselves exactly what the boot of tyranny feels like upon their own necks before they'll begin to fret. Byte
Link the new anti-liberal app (pro 2A) to" latitude" that way misguided home invaders will not get hurt. They will be able to tell if the home owner is home or not.
I like the idea of down loading this app and spaming it with links at every place you go, like to the neighborhood store, theater, restaruants and so on.... as well as any neighbors that are obviously anti-gun... just jam the whole thing up with mis-direction. I down loaded this to my droid so I could look it over more closely. Their opening statement for the Gun Marking Guidelines is outrageous and so left leaning that they should have made the background for the app bright blue with an obbummer symbol... The message in this app is quite clear as to be used as a weapon against one's "neighbor" to deprive them of their right to privacy in regards to their ownership of firearms!!!
I for one believe this falls under the bullying and possible illegal activities policy. Which will affect legal gun owners and I for one will be sending in a complaint to that effect. I wonder how many legal actions (lawsuits) will take place against google and posters based on slander or other, for listing bogus/malicious details about one's use, storage ect. Which may be another means of shutting this type of crap-app down.... just an opinion.. YD
This may be the only thing that will trip me into buying an android device or something similar, just so I can see if I'm flagged. If I am so marked, rest assured I'll be having a chat with the developers, either in court or some "other way."
That is another reason I loaded it on my droid If I get tagged, I will know within three neighboring houses, which one did it.... and most likely the guy across the street would be #1...
Can anyone here say "LIBEL"? I knew you could. What "vetting" is there of the flags? NONE! If any pro-2A individual could "spam" the system with bogus flags, anyone with a grudge could claim you were brandishing in the front yard in your underwear. If, on the other hand, a pro-2A app were to show up that allowed the same type of flagging for "any purpose whatsoever", they would be CRUCIFIED; in the media, by LEOs and probably even by the POTUS his own self! Invasion of privacy isn't nearly as big a deal as aiding and abetting LIBEL. I would LOVE to see just one person get tagged who didn't even OWN A GUN and take the creator/developer, Walkingtools laboratory and even UCSD to court for EVERYTHING they will EVER own.
The list of reasons on the auto scroll down list, for tagging, include's many things you would suspect, but some of the standout reasons are: Neighborhood talk/unsafe; High conflict, armed neighbor; Out of place, large arsenal; Anti-government/terror threat...
I'm thinking of downloading the app so I can flag people I don't like. The heck with any of the criteria! Use it to bully/intimidate people without them knowing who did it! Not really. Just stating the obvious and most frequent reason this app will get used...
As every tool that has ever existed to report on your neighbor to any authority group has been abused. It's their only purpose and the expected use after all. Maybe not by the dolt that 'invented' this app but authority just loves it when their well heeled sheep get in on their game and do all the dirtier work for nothing! Proof positive that their conditioning program is showing favorable results... Byte
If you see something .. don't just say it. Use this free app and tell the world! Hey it looks like 1984 was 29 years late.
Yup, this is nothing more than telling your fellow Comrade about the neighbor who is harboring anti-Communist thoughts. It's possible that the clown who wrote this app make a EULA (end user license agreement) that, by agreeing to it as a user, absolves him of any legal responsibility.....but I doubt he had that much forethought. Ought to be interesting, when the lawyers line up to get a piece of this guy's butt!!
