Habachi Grill

I have grilled in some of the coolest places and some of the worst weather imaginable, a good BBQ is a God send for cooking when the weather is really bad! Out on the Ocean in 8 footers, no problem, middle of Norwegian snow storm, no problem, summer in the middle east at 9000 feet, no problem! Give me a good grill and a bag of briquets, I'm good to go!

 

You left out the lazy factor of many people today. They want things quick and easy with minimal effort. Nothing beats meat cooked over coals.

 

I used to use a Hibachi grill when I was young. Been using a Weber grill for decades now. I much prefer it to the Hibachi. I can do small meals to large feasts with it. Good luck with the Hibachi.

Also, with the Weber, I can easily use it as a smoker. Much more versatile.
