Halo Belt

Anybody do stuff at night, or dusk or dawn? Running, biking, etc?

A year or two ago, we bought one halobelt for the wifee. She runs at any time. So this is a great safety device. Highly visible.

are they reusable ? what powers them ?

 

We have a bunch of SlapLit bracelets. I found them at Home Depot and picked up a few for my son and his buddies to wear on Halloween. We still have a few plus I think they make them for pets also.

Built in rechargeable batteries. Needs salt and are chewy,

 

It's a San Francisco company, but manufacturing is overseas.

 

Very grainy picture because of zoomed the image. Monkey was probably about 300' away. And wearing a black shirt (must scold her for playing outside in the dark in black), but the green Halo Belt is very bright.



Big monkey's blue one was defective. Didn't fully light up. The owner of Halo Belt said they would send a new one or replace all three that we bought recently. Didn't see the need to replace all of them, so I just asked what we need to do to replace the blue one. Haven't heard back yet in the last ten days.

So tonight, she used my red one.



They make a huge difference.
