A couple of B-Days today. Happy Birthday F. Ticious and Yard Dart!! Hope today is a good day and you got what you wanted for that special day, whatever it might be.
Seems like these two must be celebrating because neither of them are around. I'll try to catch YardDart later tonight and I'll give Frank a call. I own him one anyway. Haven't talked to him in ages.
What a nice Surprise! My friend Mortimer called me tonight and said I had to drop in to SM. Now I know why. Thank you all so much for your birthday wishes. And to Mr. Yard Dart, best birthday wishes to you as well. I hope yours has been as enjoyable as mine has. I know it has been quite a while since I have updated you on my activities and I will very soon. I have had a number of successes and failures since last checking in with you all and I will make some notes before posting so I don't miss any of the salient points. Its been a period of practicing what I have learned then building on those concepts. As I look back over the past year, I remember that I began my journey as a "slightly" flabby city lawyer who quickly turned into walking bones before I learned the skills I needed to survive. I'm proud to tell you that today, I am strong, lean, and quite capable of taking care of myself. As many of the initial troubles I have been able to overcome, some still hover around me. I'm still a little lonely for companionship although I have managed to make a few contacts among my fellow disenfranchised citizens. Of course, Mortimer checks in with me pretty routinely and even drops in to visit every now and then but those stories are best left for a cool spring night around a campfire. From what I hear, the sheep are still over running the pasture but there seem to be pockets of free men and women gaining hold. I remain hopeful I will write more soon. Thanks again for the birthday greetings. Its good to hear from friends
