Current Assessment of the Dam and the water flow in the rain.

14 inches of rain in the last two days and lake was full before that period.
The water is running through the Dam like a small Niagara Falls.

The Drain valve is fully open and seeps only rusty water, more likely than not the pipe from the center of the lake has rusted through and is blocked by debris.
    Game Over.
Will make trip to town tomorrow as this survey will change the report.

    It gets higher and deeper.
Now at the State Level of who built the Dam.
More information promised tomorrow after archives are checked.

State made return call, Answered all questions and provided Documents in an email.

Great folks at TCEQ Water - TCEQ - www.tceq.texas.gov

Explained how my Dam is exempt due to location= Rural> County Population Density> No Homes in Drainage Path.

    Makes me a happy camper.
