    A propane tankless water heater is great for continuous water like bath or shower.
    They don't do as well as with short low demand like washing hands. Because they have to run above the minimum flow for up to 10 seconds before they kick on.

    They have an unheated greenhouse against the wall and farm year round.

    A propane tank is probably the best option I know propane is cheap.
