Hello from Tahoe

    Hi, I just joined. I live on the slopes of Jobs Peak and love spending time in these mountains with my Swiss Mountain Dog. I look forward to participating on these forums.

    Welcome aboard! Love Mountain Dogs, Especially Working Dogs. We have A 230 pound Newfoundland and a 90 pound Golden Retriever, both are very hard working and LOVE to do what they were bred to do! They make awesome additions to the survival life style, and can really contribute to the success when used properly!

    Thanks for the welcome! Yup on the dogs. Mine attacked a black bear that came into our camp not long ago and chased it off.
