Welcome to Survival Monkey @paraclete. I agree with you. I know that CA has a bad rap but it is better than many places. Most think of LA area when they think of CA but I know that there are some spots that are really nice, conservative and not "plastic". There is good and bad with every place. I know CA has higher school standards then here.
