I talked to my cousin in S.A., he told me that animal control does not even take stray cats in anymore. He said that the best thing may be water balloon launchers, that if you are persistent enough they will vacate the premises. "Unfortunately animal control won't accept stray cats anymore, so we have no place to take them.
Water ballon launchers work great. If they are persistent enough, the cats will go elsewhere"
