    I'm a big believer in holistic natural remedies. I use herbs and vitamins first and chemicals as a last resort. Found this helpful checklist for herbal remedies.

    I also prefer natural remedies / herbs to chemicals. Thank you for sharing this. It's a very helpful visual and I love checklists!

    One thing not mentioned that I always keep on hand is Echinacea. Anytime I feel any sickness coming on I take it along with Vitamin C and it knocks out whatever is happening usually within a day.

    Thanks dude for your useful information sharing in this post. I also use turmeric(Add two spoonfuls of turmeric powder in a hot milk, before drinking it)for a dry cough. I got good results.
