You know I could be wrong about this but if you notice congress is saying they had no idea about alot of things anymore that are starting to surface. I have a friend who was an old school Army SF and he has told me a couple of stories about different things and locations he has been and was told if he got caught the goverment would deny involvment. I think they are doing this to us here on US soil now. Kind of do what it takes and we will use what ever you get but if you get caught you are on your own and we will sell you out to the public.
