this morning the bp feeds showed an rov using a wire wheel to clean around the bop( I thought they might be welding something to it later.
'now the feeds are down and other boards who were watching are talking about them cutting the bop?
Anybody here see anything before the feeds went down???

Feeds are probably down 'cause of the storm. I think they pulled off to avoid damage and control problems. With the mother ships bouncing around, the pull on the cables would tend to affect the stability of the ROVs. And you can see the collector head bobbing, too, and I think that is also surface roughness related. Didn't see a wire wheel, but wasn't watching.

Well that's the way a perfectly sane content person would see it.(but We know there's something going on;and they just won't tell us; lol.) I do think the top hat bobbing around (and smacking the b.o.p. with the weight of the riser pipe)was due to surface conditions.
