It is hard to believe that she said out load that Christians should be forced to accept her moral standards over God's. Think about this, she is claiming the power to change religion. Not Islam that has stricter standards, but Christians only. This is a hint at a new state religion, not atheism in my opinion. This ties in with what was predicted by the Prophet of the Illuminati or whatever you wish to call Albert Pike. He considered all religions on the same side against the followers of Christ. That the one world government will not be Communist but have a state religion based on an Egyptian god. Anyway you look at it, there is no more blatant disregard for Religious freedom and disregard by the left. I am of the opinion she was instructed to say this to precondition us for what is coming by the same people her husband said were behind him. I am surprised that there isn't any outcry about this.

But that "Dancing" show is on TV right now.... or is it the "singing" show ?

I don't care if she really said it or not, her "ism" isn't MY "ism.

The video has been on Facebook and email news letters. I think it was on the news too but I don't remember where. Fox probably.

Correction over 10 pages of sources, pick one or ten.

Very Internet savvy actually but it's usually considered good form to cite things like this. It's also generally considered good etiquette to reference where you as the initial poster heard it.

Case in point, there was a post here just a couple of days ago about how the President was praising the looting thugs in Baltimore and called them heroes. Turns out it's complete rubbish but I have no doubt I could find 10 pages of sources claiming they were there when he said it, all at different times in different places and none of them reliable.

And no, just because it's on Fox (or any MSM...yes, Fox is MSM and part of the problem) or a newspaper...ANY newspaper, doesn't make it legitimate. If it's false, it only means they got conned.

    ***ETA***
Yeah, did a search. Yeah, it comes up even with a video of the quote. While it's not taken out of context (she did in fact say that "cultural codes, religious beliefs and structural biases have to be changed"), it's pandering.

I don't agree that religious beliefs need to be changed due to societal pressure, but be honest with yourself if with nobody else, what religion on the planet hasn't had religious beliefs change? ALL of them have experienced a change in doctrine (belief) at one time or another. Things that were verboten and would NEVER CHANGE were...changed, when the time was right (whatever that time/reason was).

One of the interesting things about a non-state religion is that they don't have to accept you, they don't have to agree with you, they don't have to change for you. They are essentially "private clubs" and they can include or exclude whomever they want. If abortion or pre-marital sex or wedding a goat becomes legal, they STILL don't have to accept it or you if you participate in the practice. They can legislate that up is down, the earth is a trillion, trillion, billion years old and religion can still say "Nope, don't agree, you can't be a member but thanks for the effort".

Now, if they do (and I don't think they will) push a state religion...then we have a problem. That isn't, in my opinion, what she said though.

Like is was said: proper etiquette is to have a link "verifying" the statement. Would be nice to check it out prior to posting---I have posted untrue stuff before because I did not check it out.

    For everyone, it's even a right-wing site...literally:
Hillary Tells Christians They HAVE to Change Their Beliefs Over Abortion | John Hawkins' Right Wing News

What she said was that beliefs needed to change, not that they must, not that they have to, but that they needed to. Tone, inflection, context, it all goes into "meaning". Again, I don't agree with her and don't think that ANYONE "needs" to change their belief system about abortion. But it wasn't an ultimatum and a demand. Not like the screaming, frothing at the mouth speech where she condemned anyone who didn't agree with the administration to hell for not being a boot-licking yes-(wo)man.

Yes...I agree with Dark Light and Route Clearance...evidence please that she said that
. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence to substantiate them...I'll just settle for ordinary evidence thankyou.

What you may be referring to, are Hillary's speech comments to the 6th annual Women in the World Summit on 23rd April 2015 in New York. What Hillary actually said was....
Turning to other international issues: Last Thursday at the 6th annual Women in the World Summit, Hillary Clinton said: “Deep-seated cultural codes, religious beliefs and structural biases have to be changed” for the sake of giving women access to “reproductive health care and safe childbirth.”
Grab hold of your puke buckets...this is what Hillary, in her own words addressing the WitW Summit actually said.

Can you explain why anyone would want to take any heed of a dead apron wearing (alleged Klansman and Satanist) (Albert Pike) [IMG]

You realize, you could have made your point, provided the requested link, and done it with half the words, and none of the insult? Or simply have supplied the link with the initial statement, and avoided the verbal tennis, completely?;)
There is a great deal of satire, bad reporting, rumor, and flat out lies out there (claiming to be truth), that a link to the story YOU are quoting, should have accompanied the original post.(jmho)

First off, I work on average 80 hours a week in health care. Second, if you are going to quote someone, you provide a reference to when and where this person made this quote. I did GOOGLE the quote "That Christians should be forced to accept her moral standards over God's". Well guess what, she never said those exact words.

Now then, try and do this with a college thesis and see what kind of grade you get. It sure as hell will not be a passing grade. Do i know what the wicked witch of the west stands for? Damn right I do, but even still that gives you no right to put words in some one else's mouth that they never said, so you have no credibility with me period. HAVE A NICE DAY.

Well, besides the obvious misquoting pointed out by others, I would ask "Which god?" and "According to whom?".

People are very good at "quoting" their god as if they had been a part of a conversation and assuming all others should accept that. There are, in fact (and conservatively), dozens of religions and dozens of "moral codes" attributed to their various gods.

I was actually thinking about the fact this morning that it seems the entirety of the political debate in this country has deteriorated to a contest between the Socialist Left and the Christian Right...neither of whom have much respect for the republic laid out by the founders. Both pick and choose among the various rights enumerated by the framers (and those they extrapolate from them) when it serves their purpose, but have no problem with coercing the populace to bow their particular beliefs.
