    it does NOT take a Fed cop to arrest you, either. ANY cop can apply the Federal statutes to your case, and it will be up to the US attorney whether or not he prosecutes your case. If he does, you are done using firearms. ONE little rd of .22 ammo, under the back seat of a used car that you just bought, can get you 1o years in prison, if you are a convicted felon.
