I have to say very good for him to shove down the Wells Fargo throat this time around instead of the little guy gettng shoved
A class action suit on BP is a very good idea. They went up a hundred dollars a month last year on our mortgage with BOA, I need to check into this. Rule Of Law Radio has a service to sue them for fraud for doing that. They must stick to the original amount in the contract.
Read your Contract, with ALL the FINE PRINT... and then consult with a GOOD Contract Attorney... Just because they didn't tell you, all the stuff in the fine print, doesn't mean you can ignore all that stuff, and they can put a lot of stuff in there, that you may, or may not, know about..... You signed it, and now that IS the Contract, that both you and the Bank, are REQUIRED to live by, unless it is modified by MUTUAL CONSENT, Signed, and Notarized....
