    KIMG1955. I whipped this one up this morning. Tiny LED lights around a cone, then the "branches" were snipped from white foam packing material. I found that I could pinch up three layers and staple it with an office stapler. This left a small bump, but no visible staple.

    I made these while bending cookie cutters for Christmas 2016. They're all stainless steel and I used stainless fishing leaders with all stainless ball bearing swivels to let them all move freely in the breeze as a mobile.
