    I'm due to make another double/triple batch of breakfast sausage soon. Tacmotusn has an incredible recipe for maple flavored breakfast sausage (as well as lots of other styles of sausage!). We finally have Richard's (pronounced "Ree-Shards") sausage available locally so I can use it instead of making my own pure pork smoked Cajun style sausage.

    Thanks for sharing the recipes all. :)
