Here is a DIY video of how to make and throw a bola the right way.
Hello @Bishop I had been wondering what you had been doing, creating or practicing. Nice instructive video, glad you told us where we can get the parts. Awesome throwing. You make it look simple. Unsure if I missed it but is there a recommended length?
Camera man & Scout. five stars also.
I have made bolo's and tried to make them work, never caught on to the need to hold one from spinning so they did not spread out. Simple thing, but I will have to try again. In past mine were more like a rabbit stick then a bolo, hit with weight but did not tangle up object aimed at. Thank you.
Good job both of you .
I made bolos as a kid ,forgot all about them, thanks for the memories .
I used only 2 weights and string different lengths ,and counter spun them in the air .
Your way is simpler I like it.
Ditto,, what MM said. Good to see you’re still kicking.
I been doing a little of both I make the length where it will wrap around my waist
