How to Make Healthy Ginger Ale | Wellness Mama
I just received this and have not tried it.
Mahalo @pearlselby. I remember making root beer in chemistry lab.
Will have to try this. Ive made Ginger ale before but it was a different process (powdered ginger & way to much sugar for my liking)
This looks much better
@Hanzo I am glad you like it...
??? ROOT Beer? lol,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,just kidding
This is a good site for people who to eat healthy.
You can make a really tasty drink from boiled young sassafras roots. With a little sugar it makes a passable substitute for root beer. But, don't get carried away because a concentrated syrup made by distilling it will act as a laxative.
5-6 roma tomatoes, diced
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14 oz) can corn, drained
Ran across this, the other day, and thought someone here might find the link useful. :)
