Greetings all. I'm new to this forum, came here to learn more about off grid living as I make plans to move. Currently live in Washington, probably gonna be going down to the Ozarks and getting a piece of land to build a home on for my family and I. I'm glad to be here and cant wait to learn from y'all.

Welcome aboard. Starting from scratch in a new place could have advantages if you plan well, network with folks near the new area and scout the local government for helpful contacts. Life as a new friend of local off-grid folks will be far easier than that of an outsider moving into their area. People power can accomplish things that money can't. The search feature here will be an excellent resource for you, as you develop your plan. I look forward to hearing how things go for you.
