let's do this sitcom style, your opening song at the start of everyday.
I'll go first
Hank Williams, Jr. - "Country Boys Can Survive" (Official Music Video) - YouTube
From "Hee Haw" -
"Gloom, despair, and agony on me --
Deep dark depression -
Excessive misery "
Paradise By The Dashboard Light Meatloaf:
Sometimes, it seems like this is appropriate:
If it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all......
cats in the cradle
I'm a man of many moods and dispositions, and one song is simply not enough.
When I'm in my peace, love and mungbean frame of mind....
When I'm angry with the world...my dreams of Old Fartdom.
And when I'm feeling confused....
And when I am thinking of my country...my place in it...and my country's place in me.
The song that lifts my heart and makes me smile.
So I go through life seeing it as a Wonderful world, but no matter even when I am down I know we will pull through. We get what we give......

Mine would have to be Amazing Grace.
"Amazing Grace that saved a wretch like me
I once was lost but now I'm found
was blind but now I see"
This is my favorite rendition. I will have it played at my funeral. I am Choctaw not Cherokee but I haven't found the Choctaw version set to music like this one. I have the album this is from, it is a group called Walela which features Rita Coolidge, her sister and cousin. All members of the Cherokee Nation.
But then again I am a man of contrasts. Compassionate yet vindictive. Kind yet cruel. Mild mannered yet fierce. Tame yet wild. I do have a strong wild side. I have a ring that I wear that says "Born Wild".
I'll have to say two songs as well...
and as I get older...
If we're talking about things that make us happy. well, this does it for me
Good one @scrapman21009 "If you had a theme song for your life"
People who know me ... know that I have always followed a "different" path... just ask guys like @melbo and @Hanzo
This is a little long but just about sums it up for me... (and I'm an old fart and like these sometimes forgotten great actors and showtunes really it's worth watching the whole thing )
I listen carefully to the words... and try my best each day... waking until sleep...
Take Care and God Bless,
I am a sucker for movies like The Man of La Mancha.
I've seen it countless times and I still choke up watching these scenes.
