I'm confused... How can 2 million AfroAmericans get into Washington DC, for the innaugeration, in freezing temperatures, in 1 day? When 200,000 couldn't get out of New Orleans, at 85 degrees, with four days notice?
They didn't leave NO because of a true faith and belief that the gov't would take care of them. They went to DC because they wanted to. I guess there is a lesson in both events.
