Post script to the story of the pro life activist being arrested. The story was actually covered by the left wing Yahoo News. This is an excerpt

"The FACE (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act) violation charge was thrown out this summer, but was somehow picked up by the DOJ, she said. Houck also described an incident in which her husband “shoved” a pro-abortion man away from his 12-year-old son after the man entered “the son’s personal space” and refused to stop hurling “crude… inappropriate and disgusting” comments at the Houcks.

The man did not sustain any injuries"

So the case was dismissed by a judge but the new weaponised DOJ "picked it up" and raided this guy, guns drawn, in front of his screaming children. For shoving a guy. Unbelievable. If anyone does not believe that this regime is waging a war of intimidation against Patriots, you are living in a different dimension.

Anybody still not realise the FBI has become the new Gestapo?

The FBI is really only doing its' job as Hoover originally envisioned. They only called it an "investigation" bureau to lull the public into accepting it. Twenty years later still worked as very few questioned why Hoover was still arresting and jailing people without warrants. Even with warrants they sometimes were applied with a shop broom wide brush stroke. Nothing has changed today except they no longer care what we the people think of them. stalinist, marxist, fascist, communist, or maoist it doesn't matter what term you use to describe what is happening in our country today. IT IS OPPRESSION! Maybe we should think about stopping it, but first lets watch another ball game or tv show. No sense in rushing into it right?.....I wonder if the Minutemen of Lexington would forgo the call to the green and just go fishing if they were here today? Ol' George three could even, in some ways, be considered benevolent compared to our masters today. We have heard our own Joseph Warrens, Paul Reveres, and William Dawes but we as a nation just can't seem to understand the urgency of the call. Oh well, the next election or maybe the one after will fix things probably.......... Yeah, Teddy screwed the pooch on this one.

We may need a whole separate thread just for these gestapo abuses of power.

FBI Misled Judge in Search Warrant that Resulted in $86M Cash Seized

"In the search warrant affidavit, assistant U.S. attorney Andrew Brown wrote, “The warrants authorize the seizure of the nests of the boxes themselves, not their contents.”

United States Magistrate Judge Steve Kim approved the search warrant, but explicitly limited the scope of the search.

“This warrant does not authorize a criminal search or seizure of the contents of the safety deposit boxes,” Kim wrote in the warrant."

However, the unsealed documents also revealed that federal law enforcement had planned to confiscate the contents of each box the entire time."
By the time Kim got the warrant request, the FBI had been preparing an enormous forfeiture operation for at least six months, according to Jessie Murray, the chief of the FBI’s asset forfeiture unit in Los Angeles.

In the summer of 2020, she testified, Matthew Moon, then one of the highest-ranking FBI agents in Los Angeles, asked her if her team “was capable of handling a possible large-scale seizure” of safe-deposit boxes at U.S. Private Vaults.

Murray told him yes. She recalled joining a conference call in late 2020 and another in early 2021 to plan forfeitures of the box contents with the U.S. attorney’s office, other federal and local agencies, and “maybe even our legal forfeiture unit at [FBI] headquarters in D.C.”
Box holders who had their property seized by federal agents filed a class-action lawsuit alleging the FBI’s raid violated their constitutional rights.

“The government did not know what was in those boxes, who owned them, or what, if anything, those people had done,” wrote a lawyer for the nearly 400 box holders in the class-action lawsuit. “That’s why the warrant application did not even attempt to argue there was probable cause to seize and forfeit box renters’ property.”

Guilty until proven innocent in a crooked court.

    CaboWabo5150 Hell's coming with me

Last September 30 at 3:45 PM EDT, the FBI raided the home of a man named Jeremy Brown and placed him under arrest for “trespassing.”

According to TGP, the FBI sent 20 vehicles to his home to place the one man under arrest. The Department of Homeland Security, along with the Pinellas County Sheriffs Office were also on scene. The FBI searched his home for 5-1/2 hours looking for “evidence.”

They searched his home, his RV and a trailer, then arrested him and took him away.

Brown is a Green Beret and former Republican candidate for Congress in Florida’s 14th Congressional District. He served honorably in the United States Army for 20 years, reaching the rank of Special Forces Master Sergeant.

Despite being charged with trespass, he never entered the Capitol on January 6. His true crime? He refused an FBI request to act as an informant. Moreover, not only did he refuse to act as an informant, he went public with audio and photos of conversations he’d had with FBI agents.

TGP reported on this several months ago:

The FBI called Jeremy’s cellphone and asked for a meeting after trying to contact him at his house. Jeremy met with the FBI agents at a restaurant in Ybor City in December. He told Brandon Gray that 38 seconds into the interview the FBI attempted to recruit him to spy on the Oath Keepers.

Jeremy refused their request; therefore they stormed his house with dozens of law enforcement officers and arrested him (as so many others have been) on bogus misdemeanor trespassing charges some eight months after the January 6 protests.

He still sits in jail one-year later, along with hundreds of others arrested on trumped up charges, in the equivalent of a Soviet gulag.

Sounds eerily similar to Randy Weavers story. Not much has changed.

That is all this comes down to. Slavery. That is all everything comes down to. Do you have freedom or are you a servant of another? It is well past the time that we all demand freedom. I have said it many times but there is no going back to the way it was before.

There are those, and some think its the majority, that say you have to do this or that. There are rules that must be followed and obeyed but when those rules violate the freedom of anyone they are not rules at all. When those rules don't apply to everyone they are not rules. We see Americans exercising their right to protest for a redress of grievances at the White House and they are arrested and beaten while BLM protesters are killing people and given cashless bail and we know that those aren't rules. We see the king of England didn't pay inheritance tax so that is not a rule. We see that the politicians don't pay insider trading fees and fines when they do it. Those aren't rules. We see that the wealthy don't pay taxes at all. Then they aren't rules. When they only apply to some but not to others we have a duty to fight them. As the supreme court said, when any law is repugnant to the Constitution, the people have a duty not to obey that law.
