JADE HELM: TROOPS TO “OPERATE UNDETECTED AMONGST CIVILIAN POPULATION”

Most have said they would likely notice troops in or around their neighborhood and it was remarked that good sheep will think nothing of it. Colorado has been told that the troop that was to be in the area for Jade Helm was unavailable and that could be true. I find myself agreeing with BTPOST on this one. I am hearing rumblings that this is designed by military leaders who used labels that were inflammatory to get it approved by the Commander in Chief. And the troops are being placed in the west and southwest because their best potential allies are in those areas.

And honestly I don't know what the truth is.

I just hope this 'exercise' goes off as advertised, and with no injuries to the public at large. Some families in certain areas don't take kindly to having an uncle, a cousin or a little sister molested by grunts. Were that to happen, some of those grunts will be found hanging at the edges of the swamps...... And rank confers NO protection. Just remember, a LOT of these 'civilians' were trained by the self-same military, and know all the tricks...... Lets keep it clean.

 

Troops would have to grow some hair to fit in out here and get some old beat up trucks to drive..Shinny means new to the area.. Hey, could that be what all that "trade in a junker and get them off the road " was all about?? A new style of urban warfare assault vehicle.. Lesson's learned from the insurgents??

Recently alternative media radio broadcasters and news outlets reported on the closing of banks in Calexico, California as a strange phenomenon that they are tying to the coming Army training exercise known as Jade Helm 15.

Claims were made that these closures were due to Jade Helm because Calexico is located within the map of the training exercises that will commence on June 15th; however research into these bank closures not only have no connection to Jade Helm, but are part of an effort to crack down on money laundering via Mexican drug cartels through financial institutions in Calexico.

Firstly, Jade Helm is scheduled to start on July 15th, not June 15th, as was claimed in media reports.

For more than 4 years now, the Calexico area has been a favorite of the Mexican Sinaloa drug Cartel, “one of the country’s largest and most powerful criminal organizations” wherein the city, and surrounding municipalities such as San Diego, have become a hot bed of drug smuggling and money laundering.

These facts have nothing to do with Jade Helm and are completely ignored by alternative media reports, and which have instead been spun to seem to have a correlation.

That actual facts are that several years ago the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) launched Operation Imperial Emperor (OIE) to gain insight into the Sinaloa Cartel who were using Calexico to launder drug proceeds and smuggle in illegal narcotics.

Local media in Calexico have reported that the bank closures are due to the necessity to stop drug operations and the use of US banks in “money laundering efforts”.

Chase bank, First Imperial Credit Union and “other banks” in Calexico have opted to close their branches rather than “devote more personnel to checking on” questionable accounts that deposit large sums of cash those accounts, in order to protect themselves from being implicated in money laundering schemes by the federal government.

This yielded “hundreds of arrests and the seizure of tens of millions of dollars of drugs and cash.”

Detailed in the OIE investigation showed that the Sinaloa Cartel use these areas to:

• Run multi-million dollar drug trafficking operations
• Partner with local criminals in California in order to control the distribution system
• Calexico’s border is a favorite because it is an older point of entry that does not have adequate border patrols and customs agents are notorious for being laxidasical while examining cars
• Calexico is a major entry point for cocaine coming from Mexico

According to the Criminal Justice Degree Guide (CJDG), Calexico has more than “60,000 people pass through” it daily and drug smuggling “is a major issue” in the city.

To make drug trafficking easier, the drug cartels have built “smuggling tunnels” underground.

In 2014, the Sinaloa Cartel was still using financial institutions such as Bank of America (BoA), JPMorgan & Chase Co; as well as other banking transaction institutions such as Western Unions in the local area to launder money into the “global banking system”.

The DEA highlighted how the Sinaloa “used HSBC … as their private vault” by wiring an excess of $881 million in drug profits into US bank accounts.

Included in this fiasco is the fact that Fast and Furious , the US federal “gunwalking” operation that resulted in the murder of Border Agent Brian Terry, involved the Sinaloa and Juarez Cartels and Calexico.

 

Is it just a coincidence that the drug kingpin of the Sinaloa Cartel was sprung out of a supposed high security Mexican government prison today? "El Chapo" Guzman allegedly used a motorcycle to escape through a mile long tunnel from the prison to parts unknown. Somehow these separate "dots" of Jade Helm 15 and the Sinaloa, when connected the right way, will make sense...

 

With nothing but pure speculation and a fertile imagination (as my wife would attest), I would guess that El Chapo wanted to be in person at the helm (pun intended) of his cartel group during this period of extended U.S. military activity so close to his Sinaloa area of operations. At the same time he could be gathering cash and other assets to prep up his own final bug out location (outside of Mexico). As the old saying goes, "If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself." A person with his resources in a Mexican jail would always have a way out. He would only use it if he was sure things were not looking good for his situation (ie transfer to a U.S. jail), or his organization and vast assets were under threat of takeover from rival factions, or a combined U.S. and Mexican government blitz. Jade Helm 15 would be a convenient cover for the gathering of such forces, at least on our side of the border.

You can tell you are there, when you find underwater power pyramids, and scientists digging up every new advance from buried space saucers with force fields and lazer beams and all Black Operations.
Perhaps you could produce SOME SORT of actual evidence to support your theory? (Because, so far, I ain't see any.)
