    Mexico needs to do the right thing and release our Marine!

    The case should have been dismissed 127+ days ago. If they need to "convict" anyway for political reasons, sentence him to time served, ban him from entering Mexico again and release him to the custody of his USMC commanding officer.

    Case closed.

    and ..... when we get him back, .... assign him and a bunch of his buddies on the Texas border where Mexican Military like to take pot shots at Border patrol agents. Where the Mex. Military has made many cross border incursions (all accidents I am sure ... tic), and allow the US Marines to do what they do to A-holes that mess with the USA. :p

    Maybe some top Marine sniper teams could have some competition on disabling Mex. Military vehicles on the wrong side of the border. Then using them for drone hellfire practice. A bunch of smoking hulks might prove a real deterrent to this crap.

    The hard part is that his command will (must) file AWOL charges against him when he returns. An odds on bet that will result in formal extension of his enlistment for the number of days he was absent, and possibly get busted back one rank. Far worse could come of it, but I can't imagine that would happen given the situation and circumstances. Face it, he erred in not knowing where he was, regardless of the reason he didn't.

    I'm to the point of thinking that since we don't SEEM to have a southern border any longer.................Smoke them were you see them. Then you tell the Mexicans release him and we don't drop any more.................this week. If that don't work send about one MEU down to give him a ride back.They don't like it...........try and stop them. Here La Raza, Here boy.

    If , and a big if we had a real prez instead of a puppet then he would ask them politely to return him. POS is too busy on his 9th vacation this year to attend to business. He found plenty of time to call the PD over his buddies arrest and again plenty of time to call some queer foot ball player and congratulate him for telling the world that he was a fornicator and/or sodomite.
