to say "Hi." I've been lurking here for 2 years (didn't realize it's been that long) so decided to join the fun. Well I have some sourdough to get back to so I won't bore you with too many other details. Looking forward to learning a few things around here!
I'm very new to sourdough and don't think I kneaded it enough but it still came out nice. At least it wasn't a brick! I'm using a very basic recipe of 2 1/3 cups starter, 3 1/3 cups flour, 1 - 1 1/2 cups water (just 1 cup today) and ~1 TBS salt. I figure once I get this one mastered I can try other variations. I have some extra starter so I might make pancakes in the morning.
