I've been on this diet since January 1. It's stricter/more formal than paleo/primal. It's awesome. I never knew how my blood sugar was effecting my hunger & moods. Has anyone else gone this route? Generally the macros are 5% carbs, 15% protein, 80% fat.
Yea still in it, weight is working its self off, kinda in a loose weight and adding muscle mode lately.

I never likes to follow ketogenic diet, that is not suit for me. I always following natural food diet in my daily life. I also doing simple workouts for keep my body fit and strong.
