Looking for garlic growing advice

@Brokor Thank you for sharing your tips. This sounds like my kind of gardening. I also really appreciate the link. It looks like a really good site.
I learned the hard way that even reputable looking sites with names like "American Seed Company" and a story that sounds real can be fake with seeds from China that don't even germinate. Now when I google them, they don't show up anymore... I'm still bummed that I didn't get to grow those hydrangeas. I'm pretty sure they sent me raisins instead of seeds.
