I am looking for the neon or black type neoprene or surgical tubing that is used on sunglass keepers. I know I can by them at any sporting goods store but I would like to find somewhere I can buy it by the foot at a good price. I have checked Lowes and Home Depot but what they have is to large and besides it is the yellowish color, not cool for sunglasses. Thanks for your help
