Aloha @HK_User .... Thanks for the kind comments... burned both my thumbs, a couple cuts, some blood and busted two bandsaw blades on this project... not to mention a few choice words uttered after a couple epic fails ah... life at the forge...

Putting some final thoughts and touches on the process... but I will definitely be making a few of these for sale... I've got 9 of these bayonets ....
The bayonet, tube and other materials cost me about $40 so I was thinking about $80 plus shipping... how does that sound?
Got way more in the time and expense of making all the tools to make these....

If anyone is interested... let me know... not sure if I will make anymore when the bayonets are gone...

Time frame... I'd say give me a week... now having said that... you probably should make that two or three
