It may consist of several light rubs below the nose or it may be one quick, almost imperceptible touch. Like the mouth guard gesture, it can be used both by the speaker to disguise his own deceit and by the listener who doubts the speaker’s words. You can tell the difference between a “normal” nose itch, and a nose touch that is from the signs of lying – the simple itch will be satisfied with rubbing or scratching, but won’t be satisfied with just a light touch, and this is what happens when the person is lying. Once again, if the speaker is the one who displays the nose touch gesture, it means he could be lying. If it is the listener who does it, then he could simply doubt what he is hearing.
if I remember correctly it is looking UP and left or right. (as if plucking an image from memory) Also the pupil dilates when seeing or thinking pleasure, shrinks when angry, scared, or lying. hands and feet change temp depending upon stress levels, and cold sweats on forehead, forearms, and palms are common indicators as well. defiance is often shown by crossed arms, interlocked fingers indicates agitation (if I remember correctly) and chewing hair can be a sign of mental illness......just to name a few.
