There are a lot of different media manager applications out there but none that directly support iPhone. MediaMonkey fits the bill and also offers free conversion from different media types natively. I checked it out a few days back when I needed to convert some flac files to mp3 and found that it opened up my iPhone just like iTunes. Nice. Plus, I'll always plug anything with the word 'monkey' in the URL
