I'm fortunate to have a wife that loves to cook. She jumped on board my Primal wagon and saw it as a new adventure in cooking for the family. I want to share some of our favorites here to show that going grain free is not restrictive at all - in fact, we get to eat more of the good stuff and skip the filler.

Tonight we had Chicken with Artichokes with Garlic Sauce which can be found on page 111 of the Primal Blueprint Quick & Easy Meals cookbook. Time in the kitchen = 25 minutes.

Makes the house smell like an olde world Italian restaurant...

Tonight was a really good one... What's better than fish fried in butter in a 150 yr old cast iron skillet? And yes, that's butter glistening on top [winkthumb]

Was delicious. The recipe called for Morels but we didn't have any and substituted with some other fancy dried mushroom. The steak marinade is in the book... was incredible!
Have I mentioned how much I love my wife? ;)
