Here are 2 photos I accidentally deleted, and couldn't find to post!
1 is an SKS in OD, and the other is a Moison-Nagant, in OD also.
I did discover that the BEST way to preserve the paints, requires an "Krylon matte clear coating", about 72 hours after all paint has had time to dry sufficiently.....It's cheaper than the Krylon camo paints too.
I also included 2- 12 ga. vent rib barrels, 1 brown , 1 blued, and a scoped 12 ga. slug barrel that is ported... ( sholud be fun to do!). I plan on doing the blued 12 ga. barrel in OD and I'm not sure about the scoped slug barrel yet....

His next pic will be a pic of his house siding in a desert scrub pattern with sky painted toward the eaves (to include lifelike birds flying) :)

Seriously, put down the rattle can.... I think we have created an addict. ;)

    TOO LATE!
I love the smell of fresh camo in the morning!
    LOL!!!
I'll NEVER run out of things to paint!
I have 3 Dodge vans....1 Chevy Van, 1 cat, 1 dog, 3 mobile homes ( not counting the one up north), and a utility trailer and a travel trailer!
Now, money is another thing entirely!,......Paint ain't cheap!
Almost as bad as printer ink!
    Brokor: nice job!
This is fun.....I think...I'll let ya know when I get the overspray off and that blue painters tape that does not stick very good...yeah well, I have 2 hands full of tape that sticks VERY well!

Well I started off right anyway. My new house metal roof is a sand tone light brown or beige. There are excellent aerial views on "bing" that show the surrounding flora's color pallette. I guess I should invite olde "I love the smell of paint in the morning", out for a visit, and turn him loose. .....lol[beer]. Make this whole thing just blend into the background.

Sooooo...am I the only one who will have to kill people with ugly, non-camo-straight-from-the-factory-ugly-color gun??? That's not fair!!!! I want to be trendy and modern too!...Darn... ;) :D

I have a factory camo finish crossbow, but as of yet, I have resisted the urge to paint my firearms. .... but, it is tempting for a few.

I know...I understand...No gun paints here...hmmm...maybe because we are not allowed to have guns?...hmmmm

I have had a few shall we say "complaints" about ruining the guns value by painting them!???
    Well, Ok, I have "adapted"....
I bought some white linen ( cotton cloth) would have preferred a " polyester blend"...but what do I know? I'm NO seamstress! I am now cutting and hand stitching ( can't find that new sewing machine I bought!) the material into
    "GUN SOCKS".
I pre painted the cloth with a variety of flat spray paints and found I like the "reverse" or "muted" color side the best!
I also bought some netting in a 'camo print' at Walmart, I am cutting it too and going to sew it into gun socks as well. I am making smaller "socks" just for scopes as well, and looking into making "birdsnest's" from a denser/finer weave of a nylon or other type of screen-like cloth!
    Pics to follow!

    More!
My 1989 Dodge van ( yup it's got that mixed/boxed paints, plus elastomeric roof coating on it!) Neighbors love it! Tan color works good up north!
    Then there's Jack, the DOG!
I may not have to add camo to him...yet!
But then again, a bit of green maybe...?
    Lol!!!

ROFL! I love it! hahaha. You taped off the lights and the windows (or managed to not paint them), but you couldn't have cared less about the tires.

    Awesome! ;)

It's not CARC. I think you should go back to the drawing board until you figure out how to reduce that radar signature!! ;)

Actually, I painted all the tires, including the spare!
I also painted the rear windows, but had to scrape it off, seems they frown on not having enough rear vision, despite the side mirrors!
    More on the camo'd weapons:
17 complete with camo and the matte clear coating..I still have 9 in cases I won't be painting.....( darn!)
