I wonder how ATF expects importers to "enforce" the requirement that "dual-use" barrels are only used to build importable firearms. Does this mean that AK barrels will be imported after 1 January 06 since the WASR uses these barrels and is currently importable?
Well the thing about it is, once US parts are installed it is a US made rifle...Not an import. It is more mud and smoke from the ABC boys. I hope it works out for the best...but that won't happen till their Dept doesn't exist anymore.
