I built an AR muzzle loader with a barrel about that long. Looked just about as silly as that does.

Great for long precision shots in a small area on relatively stationary targets, or for an assassination at 1000 yards. He's sure not moving through rubble or up and down fire escapes to set up a quick shot on a mobile target with that rig.
