I point out into the ocean and say "Dang, I remember when there used to be two roads out there."
I found out that people from New Jersey who just bought beach front homes don't like when I do that.

I still wonder what the lady with the new home did after she came out to yell at me for walking on the
sand near he home with #1 Son. I kicked the sand off the double yellow line on the asphalt of the
third road and showed here how it used to run right under where he house sits now.
