Came across a Ibook G4 for $175.00 used at a fleamarket. Got her home, upgraded the memory and a larger HD. I loaded Lepard first, but runs very slow, so went back to Tiger and she runs like a charm. This has a very fast cpu for it being a single core processor. So I am now posting this thread from my Mac using Safari as my web browser. Safari has had no issues with this forum and everything seams to work, including the chat box.
I am running a Mac now and Safari is ok, but I still prefer Firefox, but have heard good things about Opera.
