    I have not read this whole thing yet.

    It is basically a purported unifying Federal plan for synchronizing health assets in preparation for, during and after a national level disruption in health care delivery due to any man-made or natural cause.

    It seems ominous.

    EDIT: Now that I have read key parts of it, there are a lot of broad statements lending themselves to broad interpretation, particularly related to global efforts.

    I am not liking the idea of a nationwide heathcare record system.

    Far too much of this going into Federal legislation in recent years, even before the Chitown Hustler's administration. They purposely write it loose enough to craft it later to fit their needs.
