Netiquette( copyright issues)_

    Starting to find more and more articles posted around as "copyrighted" the forum world exists on cut and pasting, I usually figured as long as provided a link to the original location it was alright to paste the text of an article...otherwise what good is info if you can't spread it around???

    What is the policy on posting articles with an obvious copyright?[dunno][dunno][flag]?

    I think its also still good just to CYA as well as for etiquete that if you are useing copyrighted material to make sure that you give credit to the source. In other words, as long as you are not makeing money off of it then I dont see where anyone could complain much as long as you make it clear that you are quoteing them as opposed to presenting it as your own work.

    Just my own take on it.
