Never said better, American is gone

Time is like a river. You cannot touch the water twice, because the flow that has passed will never pass again. Franklin Graham was speaking at the First Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida, when he said America will not come back. He wrote:
The American dream ended on November 6th, 2012 in Ohio . The second term of Barack Obama has been the final nail in the coffin for the legacy of the white Christian males who discovered, explored, pioneered, settled and developed the greatest republic in the history of mankind.

A coalition of blacks, Latinos, feminists, gays, government workers, union members, environmental extremists, the media, Hollywood, uninformed young people, the "forever needy," the chronically unemployed, illegal aliens and other "fellow travelers" have ended Norman Rockwell's America .

You will never again out-vote these people. It will take individual acts of defiance and massive displays of civil disobedience to get back the rights we have allowed them to take away. It will take zealots, not moderates and shy, not reach-across-the-aisle RINOs to right this ship and restore our beloved country to its former status.

People like me are completely politically irrelevant, and I will probably never again be able to legally comment on or concern myself with the aforementioned coalition which has surrendered our culture, our heritage and our traditions without a shot being fired.

The cocker spaniel is gone off the front porch, it has been replaced by the pit bull is in the back yard. The American Constitution has been replaced with Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" and the likes of Chicago shyster David Axelrod along with international socialist George Soros have been pulling the strings on their beige puppet have brought us Act 2 of the New World Order.

The curtain will come down but the damage has been done, the story has been told.

Those who come after us will once again have to risk their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to bring back the Republic that this generation has timidly frittered away due to white guilt and political correctness...

Got the guts to pass it on? You bet I do and just did....

You would think that with their track record, every liberal, socialist , cultural relative, country has destroyed their economy, its cultural heritage, and its physical well being in a short period of time, that they would at least learn something. Can we look forward to becoming the new Union of South Africa. or Rhodesia or any of the other failing or failed states. I hope not but the cultural decay, reverse racism, breakdown of moral and civil law, and the free sh** army doesn't give me a lot of faith.

Duane, the liberal socialists are the living proof or the old definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over and expecting a.different outcome..

Legion, you hit the nail square on the head.

I view it all as a challenge to be overcome. Our ancestors went through hell to make this a good place to live and raise our families and I don't intend to turn my back on their efforts and sacrifices. My Cherokee ancestors pretty much lost everything they had early on, then the War of Northern Aggression took everything from my white ancestors including some lives, but they carried on, my dad and mom grew up during the Depression in Appalachia, dad was in Patton's army during WWII and came back with a chest full of medals and a body full of shrapnel, but they raised a family and lived a good life. Uncles and cousins in Korea, Viet-Nam, the Sand Box, and were still here. Yeah, they are trying to make it rough on us, but we are a freedom loving people and will not be swayed from the path of Liberty no matter the cost, we will pursue happiness and shall overcome all the BS they throw at us. I'll be celebrating the 4th Monday as a freedom loving American, and the NWO can kiss off.

This presupposes that they haven't learned or are hoping for/wanting a different outcome. Why do freedom loving, "God fearing", free men and women (or at least those who desire to be free) continually assume that things aren't being done for a reason and that this isn't intentional?

I do not want violence. I do not want revolution. I do not want murder and mayhem. I do not want civil disobedience. I do not want to have to fight.

I want peace and I want, for the most part, to be left alone. I'm a fiscal conservative and a social ambivalent. I truly don't care what you do as long as it doesn't negatively affect me or get shoved in my face (whatever that is) or infringe on my rights.

That being said, it's far more important to me to leave a legacy of peace and stability to my children and their children. Right now, that's not going to happen and like Mr. Graham said, getting there will not be easy or without cost.

More and more people are approaching their own personal line in the sand where that cost is no longer too high.

This country can no longer be saved, and if you subscribe to Brokor's school of thought (I don't call him into threads anymore, thus no @ symbol), it never really could be...but I don't go quite that far. But it can't be saved, it can't be fixed, it can't be undone or healed or repaired.

If you have an old car, say something worth "restoring" and you replace:
    • The upholstery
    • The carpet/vinyl
    • The electronics (what there are)
    • The tires
    • The engine
    • The transmission
    • The shocks
    • The struts
    • The gas tank
    • The windows
    • The headlights, taillights, turn signals
    • The linkages
    • The seatbelts (assuming they exist)
    • The paint
It's NOT the same car. It's a NEW CAR on an OLD frame(work). You didn't fix the car, you replaced all but 800 lbs of steel frame!

This country needs too many things restored or replaced to be "fixed". The framework is still sound, but all the ancillary crap that's been bolted on needs to be cut off with a blowtorch and trashed and most of the "systems" need to be scrapped and replaced. "Fire em all" is the nicest thing we can say about all 3 branches and well over 51% of the state bureaucracies. More like "Fire em all...out of a cannon...into the SUN!"

I'm not advocating violence, but that doesn't mean it's not necessary or won't soon be.

I think that at this time all that is necessary is for them to pass one law which will not be obeyed. In the military, young officers and NCOs have it hammered into them, "never give an order that won't be obeyed" for once that happens you lose control as your authority is no longer enough. As everyone seems to realize we are drawing closer and closer to that last straw... I think it will be their attempt to change the 2nd Amendment that will throw this country into murderous chaos then the dominos will start to fall as it becomes too dangerous for food delivery which will cause riots and more blood which then escalates as more dominos fall... And, this is what I think will happen if Hillary is elected.

While I can certainly agree with most of the above dissertation, according to Snopes, Graham didn't write that and in fact, it follows the same template as most of the internet garbage used to stir the pot. If no one else will claim to have drafted this, then Blame it on Seacowboys, I'll take credit for writing it.

@Seacowboys - you could take credit/blame for far worse, sir. The fact that it was attributed to someone incorrectly (intentionally or otherwise) doesn't take anything away from the truthfulness of the sentiment.
