How about we just outlaw Dems and be done with it. That makes about as much sense as most of what Congress comes up with. Maybe a Constitutional amendment requiring an IQ test, a literacy test and proof that you are a tax paying US citizen in order to vote, if you are on ANY government assistance then you are ineligible to vote in any election that concerns the entity giving you assistance.
