I Pledge allegiance to the Constitution for the United States of America and to the Republic which it defines; One Nation, under God indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all.
I made one slight edit by changing The Constitution of the United States to The Constitution for the United States of America. This is not just a small semantic difference, as much as our present over-seerers would have you believe. Our Founding father's knew that if the Constitution was of the United States, those that voted themselves Bread and Circuses could make you believe that government created it and mandated and could change it, so rather, they had the wisdom and foresight to make the Constitution FOR the United States of America; a Bold statement from "We the People" to those that might think they could abuse the trust we put in them by popular election.
Sometimes I think we are no longer the UNITED States of America. West coast and East coast seem to be promoting a different nation then what we were found on.
We say the Pledge every day in school. I repeat the Oath to the Constitution - I will begin saying this!! Woot!
