I have a Carbon 15 with 7 1/2" barell. It's a blast, but use plugs and muffs or you'll be deaf in a week. Not sure of it being practical, but it's fun and I got mine free through an inheritance. Mine is accurate with the Eotech and it's accurate at pretty decent ranges. Not much energy probably, but the muzzle blast alone scares everybody in near proximity.
Now if they just made it in .458 socom it would be truly a close range kick butt alley cleaner.... put the laser on target and squeeze
