All 'news' organizations operate under the simple premise that they get to decide what we should know. Before we got TV shut off, I was starting to give up watching the 'news' and just watch editorial/opinion shows where anyone with a brain would know it's not 'fact', just opinion. Cause I'm a stubborn...whatever...and nobody but me gets to decide what is important for me to know.
