He did not yell or scream. He used his MARINE voice to assert himself and rip their meager attention spans from their I-pods and cell-phones.......

    Generation "Y" ????

Some social commentaters refer to the life support system for an ipod as generation "Y" I suppose because they are always questioning "Y"??...particularly their old fart elders. This young soldier performed his duty admirably. As duty bound he is, to protect the living citizens of his too did he do his duty to the fallen. Would that more young people did so.

Do people not realize they are at the tomb of someone who willingly and unselfishly laid down his life so they could act like idiots? Maybe it's because I'm a military brat, but they need a good smack.

Wiki is 'blacked out' in some kind of protest.

    Can't access anything today.

WIKI is blacked out in protest of SOPA. Read this bill, it is about a great deal more than piracy of intellectual works. One more form of government control of the 1st amendment for starters.

People have no respect due to poor up bringing along with being self centered. Glad to see the soldier cut them off.

I had a friend go there a few months back and was talking to one of the
CO's and was told a story of how when the bad storms and flooding came through last year or a year before that the Military came in and told the soldiers that it was getting dangerous and needed to clear out until the storms was over. Not a one of them left and they continued to pull their guard duties even in the heaviest of the rain and wind. When ask why after the storms was over they all answered we took an oath and was not leaving our fallen soldier's behind without guard. I thought that was a honorable and amazing story.
