After a decade of relative peace and progress in Northern Ireland things are promising to go pear shaped again.

As an NI vet I am shocked at what has happened in the last few day's.

    And then this happened.

Which would lead me to believe that the brutal killings of two young men were just the start of something.

    RIP.

"My job and every politician's job in Northern Ireland is to give the people of Northern Ireland what they want, which is freedom, the rule of law and democracy - and we will do that."
First Minister Peter Robinson described the latest killing as "an evil deed".
"I am sickened at the attempts by terrorists to destabilize Northern Ireland," he said.

-Tidings of the future for the U.S., folks. Resist, and you will be labeled a "Terrorist".
